Once thawed, these restaurant quality crab cakes are effortless to prepare, resulting in a beautifully crisp, golden brown crust.
PREPARATION: Pan Fry or Bake
SERVING: (4) 3 oz. Frozen Crab Cakes
METHOD: Individually made in our own USDC Grade A facility, quick-frozen, and packaged in-house.

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove frozen crab cakes from packaging and place on a plate on top of a thick paper towel. Cover with plastic wrap and thaw overnight in fridge.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Pan Fry: Heat oil over medium heat. Crab Cakes should sizzle when placed on the pan. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side. Crab Cakes are done when they are golden brown and/or reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place cakes on oiled sheet-pan and bake for 7-9 minutes. Flip over each cake and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Sriracha Mayo Aioli:
Mix all ingredients together well and chill until ready to use.
Ingredients: PASTEURIZED CRABMEAT (crabmeat, sodium acid pyrophosphate), MAYONNAISE (canola oil, water, liquid whole egg, vinegar, salt, liquid yolk, sugar, spices, concentrated lemon juice and calcium disodium edta), PASTEURIZED EGG YOLKS (whole eggs, citric acid, water), BREAD CUBES (unbromated unbleached enriched wheat flour {flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate (Vitamin B1), riboflavin (Vitamin B2), folic acid), water, high fructose corn syrup, soybean oil, yeast. Contains 2% or less of: wheat gluten, salt, honey, nonfat milk, calcium propionate and sorbic acid to retard spoilage, mono and diglycerides, lower sodium sea salt, soy lecithin, malted barley flour, enzymes), DIJON MUSTARD (water, mustard seed, distilled white vinegar, mustard bran, white wine, salt, spices, citric acid, tartaric acid, turmeric), WHEAT FLOUR, SALT, LEAVENING (ammonium bicarbonate), WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE (distilled white vinegar, molasses, water, sugar, onions, anchovies, salt, garlic cloves, tamarind extract, natural flavorings and chili pepper extract; contains anchovies), OLD BAY (celery salt, salt, celery seed, spices, red pepper, black pepper and paprika), TABASCO (red pepper, vinegar, salt), SPECIAL SPICES (onion, kosher salt, parsley, white pepper).
