In some cases, North Coast Seafoods fishermen help us freeze seafood fast and at extremely low temperatures, often within minutes of catch while still at sea! This aptly called “flash freeze” locks in maximum freshness, texture, and flavor until the moment you’re ready to thaw and prepare it.
