We recently got a franchise lobster roll place by us, which really got me started on lobster rolls. I love the taste but didn’t like the price. I found this site and ordered 2lbs of lobster meat and made my own lobster rolls. The quality is great with the frozen meat having a very fresh and tender taste. I have found a couple shell chips in the meat but I think that is to be expected from any supplier.
I did have a shipping issue but that was FedExs fault. They were holding the package and were going to wait the whole weekend before delivering so I called FedEx and told them the package contained frozen seafood and they could either send a driver or pay an insurance claim. Thankfully they did the right thing and delivered the package same day. I called north coast before FedEx and they were very helpful stating not to worry, if things arrived thawed they would send a replacement shipment. Luckily we didn’t need to go that route. Great customer service! Overall 10/10 will order again.
Celebrated the end of summer and my husband’s birthday using NCS’s lobster meat to make lobster rolls. Seriously the best rolls we’ve had anywhere! Fresh, succulent claws and knuckle meat thawed beautifully one day in the fridge. Highly recommend this product! Excited to order again for another special treat.
