Best lobster sliders we ever had!
Had my Mom and sister visiting last week from Vermont, and both are big lobster lovers. Ordered the 2-pound pure meat offering from North Coast, and couldn’t have been happier with the huge lobster rolls we created from the package they shipped us overnight. Arrived frozen on dry ice, thawed easily, and didn’t find a single piece of shell or cartilage in bowl.
$50/pound may seem like a lot for lobster meat, but as someone who used to have a 10-pot recreational lobster trapping license when we lived in MA, I can tell you $50/lb. is a very fair price.
