Servings: people

Keywords: Shrimp, Stuffed Shrimp

  • Prep Time: 15 mins
  • Cook Time: 10 mins
  • Total Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

Instructions

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Raw Naked Shrimp
  • 6 oz. Lump Crab Meat
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 oz Cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Saltines
  • 2 tsp Chives, chopped
  • Salt & fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh lemon juice & chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  3. This Naked Shrimp was already peeled and deveined. Leave the tail on & "butterfly" the shrimp. Then place the shrimp onto the baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle shrimp with salt & pepper.
  5. Soften cream cheese in the microwave for 20 seconds.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, dry mustard, Cajun seasoning, cream cheese, saltine crumbles, chives, and crab meat.
  7. Spoon the mixture equally into each butterflied shrimp. You can use a melon baller to make this easier, if you have one.
  8. Curl shrimp tails over top of cream cheese mixture to keep the tail upright.
  9. Bake for about 8 minutes or until browned.
  10. Remove pan from the oven & garnish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice & chopped chives. Bon Appetit!
