  • 1 lb. Colossal Crab meat

Kitty O'Shea Sauce

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Capers drained and chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Niçoise Olives pitted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Sun dried tomatoes chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ Lemon zested
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Mix all dressing ingredients together. Reserve chilled.
  2. You may either use as a dipping sauce for the Colossal Crab Cocktail, OR choose to toss 1 lb. of Colossal Lump Crab with ¼ cup of dressing and serve over salad greens.
