Kosher Salt & fresh cracked black pepper
3 tbsp. white wine or water
2 knobs of Butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Spray layer of cooking oil in Pyrex baking dish. Place salmon in dish.
Pour wine or water into dish to surround Salmon.
Bake for 14-16 minutes.
Check for doneness by gently pushing the flat side of a wooden skewer through the thickest part of the fish. If it goes through with no resistance, it is done. If there is resistance, cook for another minute or so and test again.
