Baked Salmon is a reliable, convenient, stress-free way to prepare a healthy salmon dinner in under 20 minutes. Simply season with salt, pepper, and a knob of butter. Then add some white wine in your baking dish to ensure the juiciest piece of salmon possible, and bake salmon at 425.
(2) 5-ounce Salmon portions, patted dry of any excess moisture
Kosher Salt & fresh cracked black pepper
3 tbsp. white wine, use what you drink! (Don't drink? Use water.)
2 knobs of Butter
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Spray layer of cooking oil in Pyrex baking dish. Place salmon in dish.
Pour wine into dish to surround Salmon.
Bake for 14-16 minutes.
Check for doneness by gently pushing the flat side of a wooden skewer through the thickest part of the fish. If it goes through with no resistance, it is done. If there is resistance, cook for another minute or so and test again.
