Mix all ingredients together and store chilled until ready to use.
The package arrived on time and exceptionally packaged. The oysters were in nets, packaged with lots of ice in a styrofoam container, placed in a cardboard box.
The oysters were a consistent size, so fresh, very clean and easy to open. We prepared them on the half shell and Rockefeller.
