Our hand shucked and frozen Naked Sea Scallops can be delivered to your door in no time. Enjoy the succulent, rich flavor of sea scallops no matter the season or where you live.
Remove frozen scallops from all packaging. Thaw in refrigerator overnight, or for 8 hours. For quicker thawing, keep scallops in plastic wrap and place under cold running water for 5 to 7 minutes or until thawed.
Do not refreeze. Thawed scallops can be stored under refrigeration for two days. Once thawed, pat dry of any excess moisture.

I didn't think I was a fan of scallops until I tried these. North Coast Seafood has some of the best seafood I have ever tried, and these Jumbo Naked Sea Scallops did not disappoint. They have a delicious, clean, almost sweet taste. I will make sure to always keep a package in my freezer for my seafood cravings.
Nothing better than these. Think about it. These are shucked and frozen (unadulterated) immediately on board the vessel. You can’t get a fresh deep sea scallop to shore in less than a day and then day(s) added to that afterwards - while in the supply chain. It’s a no brainer.
A night in the fridge and they are ready to cook the next day. You sauté and caramelize these and you are a rock star for whom ever gets to taste them. Bon appetit and don’t overcook any seafood.
The only drawback is the packaging. There is only the two of us and it is too much to thaw out at one time for the two of us. But, definitely delicious.
I've had frozen scallops before that tasted like rubber bands, they were that chewy. These scallops tasted like fresh and melt in your mouth. I shared them with a good friend and she loved them too. Will be buying them again!
