Thawing Instructions: Thaw overnight in fridge.
Cooking Instructions: Salmon Kelp Ocean Burgers may be pan fried, grilled, broiled, or baked. Cook with medium high heat on both sides for all methods, until burger is firm to the touch and browned on its surface.

Very tasty salmon burgers, A well prepared recipe.
The Salmon Burgers came in a sturdy card board style box. The burgers were keep frozen with a sufficient amount of dry ice.
I was very pleased with taste and how the SALMON BURGERS was PACKAGED.
However, I was not please with the carrier that North Coast Sea Foods has chosen to used.
The carrier drop the box over my fence onto my patio. Upside down.
Instead of putting the box on my porch it was only 6 feet away. My porch is covered.
Buy being on the patio it was subject to being in the sun.
This was all recorded on my ring.
I give the Salmon Burgers a 5 rating.
I give the carrier service a 2 rating.
I love the food, but if I order in the
Future. I am concern how the carrier will respect the merchandise in the box that is subject to go bad, if left in the sun specially in the very hot summers we are subject to!.
That make me very leery about reordering!!!!
