Our Oyster Coasters are built for both convenience and presentation. Keep oysters stable while cooking on the grill and in the oven, or pop them in the freezer for a few minutes for an extra chill when serving oysters raw on the half shell. After use, simply rinse, wipe dry, and stack. Not dishwasher safe.
