These plant based, gluten free "meatballs" are a truly one-of-a-kind product that is trendy, delicious, clean-label, healthy, and easy to prepare. The tastiest plant based meatball on the market!
Individually made using Sugar Kelp (seaweed) grown and hand harvested by independent family farmers in the clean, cold waters of Maine.
SERVING SIZE: 24 Kelp Meatballs per package. Serves Four (6 meatballs per serving).
FLAVOR: Deep umami richness, punctuated with bright basil, green chickpea, and fresh kelp flavor notes.
ABOUT KELP: Kelp is sustainable, local, delicious, and known as one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet. Kelp also fights climate change by removing carbon from the ocean and locally mitigating the effects of ocean acidification.
HEALTH HIGHLIGHTS: Low in calories and fat content; Fantastic source of iodine, magnesium, potassium, and probiotics; Packed with antioxidants such as carotenoids and flavonoids; Has the highest natural concentration of calcium than any food out there - more calcium per ounce than milk!
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Make "meatballs" with gravy and mashed potatoes, use in a meatless marinara pasta or meatball sub, or as a salad topper. Or think Mediterranean and serve over a bed of hummus and pickled veggies! Incorporate into soup, pizza, kabobs, taquitos, dumplings... anything a meatball can do, Kelp meatballs can do just as well! Get creative and have some fun.
These Kelp Meatballs were created to be cooked from frozen. So don't worry about thawing, they are ready to cook!
TO BAKE: Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray sheet pan with cooking oil. Add frozen meatballs to pan. Bake for approximately 12-14 minutes until a deep golden brown color is achieved.
TO AIR FRY: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spray with cooking oil and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Hello Mistii,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that your experience with the kelp meatballs did not match your expectations.
May we ask how you prepared the product? Sometimes, if cooked for a bit too long, these kelp meatballs can dry out a bit.
We’d love to make things right if you give us the opportunity. If you’re open to discussing your experience further, please email us directly at customerservice@northcoastseafoods.com.
Our sincere apologies again, and thank you for giving us the chance to improve.
All our best,

We just featured these on our campus twice in the past 2 weeks. They are easy and delicious! Now to find them locally for my own self indulgence. My son is vegan and coming for a visit. I can’t wait to serve these.
Yum, yum. After first try, I purchesed them as hostess gift for a vegetarian friend.
They were a success!
Did not have high expectations but it ended up very delicious
Great tasting kelp me as tarballs and healthier than pork or beef meatballs Goes well with salad for complete dinner.
