Seaweed-ish™ Kelp Burgers are a unique, plant-based superfood made with Sugar Kelp (seaweed) sustainably grown and hand-harvested by independent fishing families in the clean, cold waters of New England. These burgers are gluten-free, clean-label, and made with real ingredients, offering a delicious, healthy, and easy-to-prepare option for a wide range of dietary needs.
SERVING SIZE: Four 3.25-ounce burgers per tray. Serves four.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Treat these Seaweed-ish™ Kelp Burgers just like a traditional burger. Add your favorite toppings – lettuce, tomato, cheese, or anything you love! For a fun twist, we recommend trying them with a pesto mayo for an extra burst of flavor.
Air Fry: (Cook From Frozen.) Spray burgers with cooking oil. Cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
Bake: (Cook From Frozen.) Spray sheet pan with cooking oil. Add Kelp burgers to pan. Bake at 400°F for 12-14 minutes.
Pan Fry: (From Thawed or Tempered.) Sauté over medium heat with your oil of choice or butter until golden brown.
*For all methods, cook until golden brown + crispy.*
