Thawing Instructions: Thaw overnight in refrigerator.
Cooking Instructions: Salmon Burgers may be pan fried, grilled, broiled, or baked. Cook with medium high heat on both sides for all methods, until burger is firm to the touch and browned on its surface (Internal temperature should reach 150-155°F).
The maple bourbon flavor was delicious yet didn’t overpower the great salmon taste. Super easy to cook and a perfect summer meal.
