Best Chilean Sea Bass I have ever tasted. Delivered frozen and when defrosted tasted fresher than fresh fish I bought at store. Most delicious flavor ever and will order it again.
This Chilean sea bass was super delicious. It was flaky and buttery soft that it literally melts in your mouth.
We’ve had this from other places but it never had the skin. Seeing that yours came with the skin is what made me switch, we won’t go back to those others.
Plan on eat tonight. Appearance is excellent. The last one I ordered was exquisite. Have no reason to believe this will be any different.
We made our seabass with a panko & apricot crust. It was oven baked. This fish was fresh & super tasty!! I will definitely order again as this was a good value and a perfect main for two people. GREAT QUALITY!
