About Kelp Meatballs

These plant based, gluten free "meatballs" are a truly one-of-a-kind product that is trendy, delicious, clean-label, healthy, and easy to prepare. The tastiest plant based meatball on the market!

Individually made using Sugar Kelp (seaweed) grown and hand harvested by independent family farmers in the clean, cold waters of Maine.

SERVING SIZE: 24 Kelp Meatballs per package. Serves Four (6 meatballs per serving).

FLAVOR: Deep umami richness, punctuated with bright basil, green chickpea, and fresh kelp flavor notes.

ABOUT KELP: Kelp is sustainable, local, delicious, and known as one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet. Kelp also fights climate change by removing carbon from the ocean and locally mitigating the effects of ocean acidification.

HEALTH HIGHLIGHTS: Low in calories and fat content; Fantastic source of iodine, magnesium, potassium, and probiotics; Packed with antioxidants such as carotenoids and flavonoids; Has the highest natural concentration of calcium than any food out there - more calcium per ounce than milk!

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Make "meatballs" with gravy and mashed potatoes, use in a meatless marinara pasta or meatball sub, or as a salad topper. Or think Mediterranean and serve over a bed of hummus and pickled veggies! Incorporate into soup, pizza, kabobs, taquitos, dumplings... anything a meatball can do, Kelp meatballs can do just as well! Get creative and have some fun.

Why the Shipping Charge?
  • Our shipping charge is calculated to cover the cost of express next-day delivery on a nationwide scale. The reason shipping varies based on order weight is because the lower the weight of the delivery, the higher the cost of express shipping.
  • Express shipping ensures that our customers' seafood is precisely temperature controlled in transit to maintain maximum freshness upon arrival.
  • We are proud to offer next-day delivery with no order minimum, and do everything we can to keep our shipping fees as fair and reasonable as possible for our valued customers. But ultimately, it is those shipping costs that make our delivery program possible.

Tried these then bought 4 packages!

These kelp meatballs ate the best! Great taste, texture and mouth feel . Tried these at an oyster fest (Mediterranean preparation) and they were just as good as the oysters (can't believe I'm saying this)! Kids will actually like these! Kudos to the development chef!
