  • 1 bag Naked Norwegian Salmon thawed and patted dry

Epic Honey Mustard Glaze

  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Whole Grain Mustard
  • 2 tbsp. Smooth Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Horseradish
  • 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika

"Crunch"

  • ¾ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp. Parsley (dried)
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the glaze ingredients and mix until well combined. ⁠
  2. Keep chilled until ready to use.
  3. Combine crumb ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Reserve.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  5. Arrange Naked Salmon portions onto oiled baking tray. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top each portion with a heaping tablespoon of glaze and spread evenly over the fish.
  7. Press crumbs evenly onto glaze.
  8. Bake for 15-17 minutes until fish is cooked through.
  9. Serve with a drizzle of Honey Mustard Glaze. ⁠
