After much internal debate (I HATE frozen fish brands), I decided to purchase the Naked Cod... WOW! I LOVED it! You folks have this frozen fish thing down to a wonderful science. I just finished my third package of Cod (over a period of weeks, not 3 in one day LOL) and the quality has remained consistent all 3 times! I love you! Thanks to everyone!
We have purchased your Organic PEI Mussels several times recently, in fact, twice in one week as they were sooo good. They are consistently phenomenal. My wife cooks them in white wine and then we just eat and eat and eat with some fresh hard crust bread for the broth. Whatever you are doing to obtain this perfection, please don't change a thing!!!!
