Best Chilean Sea Bass I have ever tasted. Delivered frozen and when defrosted tasted fresher than fresh fish I bought at store. Most delicious flavor ever and will order it again.
I have not eaten the sea bass yet, but just by looking at it - this line caught catch is the real deal! Most vendors try to pass off the other version of "sea bass" which is really not even close. Honestly, I don't know what makes us most happy about finding this company - the fact that the Delivery was flawless because order Communication was pinpoint accurate and flawless or how fast the order got here. This Chilean sea bass was super delicious. It was flaky and buttery soft that it literally melts in your mouth.
We’ve had this from other places but it never had the skin. Seeing that yours came with the skin is what made me switch, we won’t go back to those others.
