Kitty O'Shea Sauce
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Capers drained and chopped
- 2 tbsp. Niçoise Olives pitted and chopped
- 2 tbsp. Sun dried tomatoes chopped finely
- 2 tbsp. Fresh parsley chopped
- ½ Lemon zested
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- Mix all dressing ingredients together. Reserve chilled.
- You may either use as a dipping sauce for the Colossal Crab Cocktail, OR choose to toss 1 lb. of Colossal Lump Crab with ¼ cup of dressing and serve over salad greens.
