Our Kelp Burgers are individually made with a blend of premium Atlantic Salmon and Maine sugar kelp, which is line-grown by independent family farmers in the clean, cold waters of Maine.

Thawing Instructions: Thaw overnight in fridge.
Cooking Instructions: Kelp Burgers may be pan fried, grilled, broiled, or baked. Cook with medium high heat on both sides for all methods, until burger is firm to the touch and browned on its surface.
I was so surprised at how much I enjoyed this kelp burger! I had a preconceived idea about kelp but I could r have been more wrong! Substantial and flavorful, I am so happy I tried it!!

I would describe the taste as Ocean Fresh! Perfect combination of Salmon, Kelp and spices. I used in a wrap and it was amazing.
