Este deslumbrante pez se cría cuidadosamente sin utilizar productos químicos ni hormonas y se alimenta con una dieta natural de primera calidad. Esta piscifactoría está certificada como neutra en carbono y se alimenta totalmente de energía geotérmica. Está construida en roca volcánica, lo que proporciona una fuente de agua increíblemente pura para que el Char crezca y madure.

El Char Ártico tiene un perfil de sabor muy dulce y suave y una textura delicada con una carne firme. Este pescado tiene un alto contenido en aceite, lo que hace que se derrita en la boca y que sea muy versátil, adaptándose bien a casi todas las aplicaciones culinarias. PREPARACIÓN:Saltear, hornear, asar, ahumar, escalfar
SALUD: 20 gramos de proteína por 3,5 onzas, alto contenido de Omega 3 y selenio.

Crispy Skinned Pan Seared Arctic Char

- Cut fish into smaller portions, if necessary, to fit into pan.
- Pat fish dry of any excess moisture.
- Simply season with kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Dust fillet with wondra flour.
- Heat canola oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Place fish skin side down and allow to cook for 5-6 minutes, until skin is very crispy.
- Flip and finish cooking for only 1 minute.
- Add a small knob of butter and baste the Char a few times. Try throwing in some thyme brnaches and garlic cloves to flavor the cooking fats.

Remove the fish to your serving plate. Top with some fresh zucchini salsa and enjoy!

Simple Baked Arctic Char

- Pre heat oven to 400°F.
- Pat fish dry of any excess moisture. Season with kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Additional seasoning is up to you! Honey and maple syrup reward a delicious sweet flavor profile.
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes. When the fish is almost done, switch to broil for the remaining 2 minutes, or until browned.
