These premium, restaurant quality crab cakes are individually made using wild caught, Jumbo lump Blue Swimming crab meat.
Chef prepared and ready to bake, each crab cake is packed with over 80% crab meat with impressive jumbo lumps in every bite. The remaining clean label ingredients include saltines, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, old bay seasoning, and tabasco sauce.

PREPARATION: These jumbo lump crab cakes are created to be baked from frozen for ultimate convenience.
HOW TO COOK: Preheat oven to 375°F. Add 1 tbsp. butter to baking dish. If Frozen, bake for 15-17 mins. If Thawed, bake for 12-14 mins. Crab cakes are done when golden brown and/or reach internal temp of 155°F.

We recommend baking these crab cakes from frozen. Keep cakes frozen until ready to cook.
HOW TO COOK: Preheat oven to 375°F. Add 1 tbsp. butter to baking dish. If Frozen, bake for 15-17 mins. If Thawed, bake for 12-14 mins. Crab cakes are done when golden brown and/or reach internal temp of 155°F.
If thawed, do not refreeze. Thawed crab cakes can be stored under refrigeration for two days.
Once thawed, pat dry of any excess moisture and re-form into a round cake, if necessary.

Serves 4
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ Cup Whole Grain Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Smooth Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Dashes Tabasco
- 1 Dash Worcestershire
Mix all ingredients together well and chill until ready to use.

Very good! Lots of crabmeat, and just enough filler to hold it together. My only complaint is a little too much mustard used.
Refreshingly not a lot of binder. Kept tasting just the delicious crab. I will order more.
